Health Team Leader (all)
This is how you shape health
- Independent leadership of a team consisting of 8 to 10 employees
- Personal and professional development of the team
- Responsibility for reviewing and processing benefit cases with the aim of achieving the best customer satisfaction
- Networking and coordination with other specialist departments, divisions as well as social and private insurers
- Responsibility for quality assurance and efficient working methods
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial or equivalent basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the health/social insurance sector
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Commitment and your entrepreneurial as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting complete your profile
- Flawless oral and written expression in German, good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
