For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a precise and quality-conscious individual for the assembly and testing of high-quality Sucoflex cables. If you have manual dexterity, precise work is your strength, and you enjoy taking responsibility in the testing process, you will fit perfectly into our team.

Your Tasks

• Assembly & Tinning: Professional tinning of Sucoflex cables as well as performing all associated accompanying processes according to exact specifications.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting electrical and mechanical tests with modern measuring instruments including complete documentation of test results.

• Packaging & Release: Careful packaging of finished cable components after successful completion of all testing steps.

• Deviation Management & Optimisation: Identifying and reporting quality deviations, initiating corrective measures, and actively participating in lean activities (5S).

• Equipment Maintenance: Independently performing simple maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan.

• Education: Completed basic mechanical training (e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic, micromechanic, or a comparable qualification).

• Experience: Solid experience in the manufacturing and final inspection of cable components, especially in soldering and tinning processes.

• Skills & Working Method: Excellent fine motor skills for handling the smallest components, high quality awareness, as well as a very precise and independent working style.

• IT & Languages: Very good German skills (spoken and written) as well as confident handling of PC applications and ERP systems.

• Personality & Shift Readiness: Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible in various processes, combined with willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
