Job Description
The sommelier-wine merchant is responsible for advising customers on the choice of wines and spirits, ensuring the service of drinks and promoting food and wine pairings. They participate in product selection, manage stocks and ensure the proper preservation of cellar references. Passionate, with an excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills, they actively contribute to the customer experience and sales development
Profile Sought
Specialised training in sommellerie or hospitality-catering is desired, complemented by significant experience in a prestigious establishment, a specialised cellar or a gastronomic environment.
Proficiency in English is essential to operate in an international context.
