Operations Manager Aftersales Commercial Vehicles (a)
With the further development of Auto AG Truck Lausen, the new position of Operations Manager Aftersales in the commercial vehicles sector is being created. This responsible role is carried out in close cooperation with the regional manager and the Aftersales managing director. At the same time, the Auto AG Truck Lausen site will be relocated to Frenkendorf BL from autumn. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced, committed and strong leadership personality who will successfully lead the Aftersales department and actively shape the further development of the new site.
- Responsible for a flawless and customer-oriented service offering at the site including customer and supplier support
- Leadership and further development of the operation and around 20 employees including apprentices on site (three of whom report directly)
- Cost control and ensuring budget achievement
- Development of strategic goals for the Aftersales area (workshop & spare parts warehouse)
- Responsible for the entire infrastructure (buildings & operational facilities)
- Close cooperation with internal partners and other site managements
- Technical basic training with business management further education
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong ability for structured planning, prioritisation and problem solving
- Responsible, assertive personality with a can-do attitude
- Down-to-earth personality with innovative spirit and willingness to change
- Proactive and authentic communication with enthusiasm
- Very good German skills as well as good spoken French skills are an advantage
