Tasks
- Reception and care of our customers and business partners
- Friendly and efficient handling and forwarding of telephone calls
- Completion of general administrative tasks
- Support with repair acceptance and handover
- Ensuring a smooth and customer-oriented process
Requirements
- Very good German skills, additional languages an advantage
- Good organisational skills and willingness to work flexible hours
- Neat and confident appearance
- Friendly, sociable and upbeat personality
