Project Office Customer Projects (m/f)
Workload: 80 - 100%

You will take on central tasks in our projects and support our project managers in day-to-day business – from appointment organisation with customers, through preliminary clarifications to the creation of evaluations in projects. You have an eye for detail and ensure quality in the projects, initiating corrections and optimisations if necessary. A position for someone who likes to think along, help shape and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment. The role is being developed and will be shaped together with the team leader.
Main tasks
- Responsible for contacting, appointment organisation and preliminary clarifications with customers.
- Resource planning across all projects
- Overview of all projects (appointments, reporting)
- Monitoring of deadlines, milestones and resources.
- Preparation of offers, contracts and reports.
- Provision of tools (overviews, templates, checklists, …) and guidelines.
- Ensuring project documentation in Jira and Confluence and its quality
- Creation of monthly evaluations and key figures in Excel.
- Documentation and provision of "Lessons Learned" from completed projects, creation and maintenance of a central knowledge database.
- Team task management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a project environment.
- Solid user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Strong organisational talent, structured working method and the ability to always keep an overview.
- Knowledge in project and process management very helpful
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
- Confident, professional appearance as well as strong communication skills.
- Team player
- Forward-thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the operational processes of a medical practice is also a great advantage
- Very good German and English skills (French skills are an advantage).
