Medical Specialist Spitex/Care Benefits Verification

Our specialised Spitex/care area of the "Benefits Management" service is responsible for the technical assessment of Spitex needs clarifications.

Your mission

As a Spitex/care Specialist, you collaborate with the benefits service and care providers.
In addition to processing and evaluating Spitex cases, you make decisions according to legal standards.
Furthermore, you conduct assessments and inform benefit providers as well as insured persons.
You also advise colleagues from other divisions on specialised questions in the Spitex field.
Managing correspondence of a demanding level, drafting orders and reconsiderations, as well as handling complaints are also part of this interesting activity.
Moreover, you are called upon to collaborate on various projects.

You have a basic training in the care field, notably as a nurse, and can demonstrate professional experience in home help and care, possibly also in the psychiatric field.
You are interested in health insurance matters or already have professional experience in this area.
Very good knowledge of German is an asset.
Additionally, you are proactive, creative, committed, flexible and goal-oriented. You work efficiently.
With an analytical mind, you also have a good linguistic understanding.
