As an Intern Sales Steering, you will support the team in shaping and advancing our channel strategy by identifying strengths, opportunities, and improvement areas across sales channels. You will contribute to the development of clear channel strategies, help build and maintain a transparent reporting landscape, and support the steering of channels through data-driven insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales performance analysis, channel steering, and roadmap development, working closely with stakeholders to ensure data accessibility, meaningful visualizations, and aligned channel roadmaps that drive informed decision-making.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Definition of channel distribution strategy on product portfolios in respect of SAC, Margin contribution and channel fit
• Improve the reporting landscape across all relevant KPI by channel including data layout/visualization and accessibility on relevant levels
• Support the design of channel roadmaps and steering framework in line with the commercial strategy
• Boost sales performance management
• Increase inflow / sales steering
• Increase cost-to-acquire efficiency

YOUR SKILLS:

• Maters level in Business/Data Analytics or Business Administration or Management & Technology
• Structured & Strategic thinking
• Analytical & Data skills and Data Visualization & Dashboarding experience
• Communication & Storytelling skills
• Stakeholder & Project Management
• Strong Ownership & Execution ambition
• Fluent in German and English
