ICT Supporter (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF72,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
- You take over the operation and monitoring of client and server systems for SME customers
- You install and commission workstations, peripheral devices, and standard software
- In this role, you configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments including user and rights management
- As an ICT support specialist with a federal certificate of competence, you analyse and resolve faults in 1st and 2nd level support on site and via remote access
- You ensure data backup, recovery, and basic security measures in IT operations
- In this role, you coordinate maintenance windows and smaller IT projects with customers and internal contacts
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an ICT specialist with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent IT training
- Several years of experience in supporting Windows workstations and IT support for SMEs
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Practical experience in operating and administering server and cloud infrastructures as well as other Microsoft server services
- Familiarity with common network components, protocols, and remote management tools
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence for on-site customer assignments
