YOUR TASKS
- Your tasks include taking over and performing high-quality nursing care of patients, taking into account our nursing care philosophy
- You take care of perceiving and assessing nursing situations, responding appropriately in acute situations, and carefully carrying out medical orders
- You maintain complete and comprehensible documentation (nursing planning & process)
- Active participation in projects, working in working groups and supporting the department management and the specialist nursing staff in ensuring nursing quality
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and exchange with various professional groups/departments
- Assisting in the supervision of trainees
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a certified nurse, preferably with experience in an acute hospital
- Enjoyment in guiding and supporting trainees/interns
- Good PC skills and a clean and careful working style are required
- You are flexible and accustomed to irregular working hours in shift work
- You are a team player; your thirst for knowledge and your responsible as well as empathetic personality complete your profile
