Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take over the management of the construction site on location and ensure professional and timely implementation.
You maintain direct communication with the client and inform them early about developments or deviations.
You coordinate collaboration with planners and contractors and develop suitable solutions for challenges.
You ensure a smooth construction process and keep an overview even in complex situations.
You flexibly apply your expertise in different project phases and construction projects.
Qualifications:
You have training in construction (e.g. architectural draughtsperson, architect, bricklayer or carpenter) and ideally further training as a federally certified construction manager or technical specialist HF building construction.
You have already gained several years of experience in construction management.
You communicate confidently with various contacts and impress with your professional demeanour.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and act calmly and solution-oriented even in short-term challenges.
You bring initiative, flexibility, and a high level of responsibility.
