Finance Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
In this position, you contribute to financial planning and control and create sound decision-making bases for managers, administration and politics. You ensure the further development of the internal control system and risk management and take over the management of sub-projects to optimise financial processes and systems. With meaningful analyses and reliable data, you strengthen controlling as a competent business partner.
Responsibilities:
Participation in financial planning, budgeting and reporting as well as in the preparation of the multi-year financial plan
Ensuring and further developing the internal control system and risk management
Preparation of sound analyses, key figures and decision-making bases for administration and politics
Advising managers on financial issues and preparing decision templates for department management
Leading projects and sub-projects to further develop financial processes and systems
Support in the year-end closing process and ensuring high data quality
Maintenance of master data as well as further development of evaluations and reporting tools
Active shaping of a service-oriented financial controlling with added value for managers
Qualifications:
University of applied sciences or university degree in business administration, finance or business informatics or commercial basic training with further education in controlling
High IT affinity and enthusiasm for data-based solutions, for example with BI tools, Power Query and Excel
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a strong sense of quality
Ability to work independently on new topics and implement demanding projects
Independent and reliable working style as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Committed, loyal appearance and willingness to take on responsibility
