Application Technician (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on technical devices, machines or systems
Installation, commissioning and configuration of the respective systems at the customer’s site
Support in the optimal application and operation of the technical products
Analysis of faults as well as independent diagnosis and resolution of technical problems
Conducting functional checks and ensuring the required quality standards
Advising and instructing customers in the use of the installed systems
Support with technical tests, product optimisations and application queries
Documentation of the assignments carried out and preparation of meaningful service reports
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechanics, automation or a comparable discipline
Experience in technical customer service, commissioning or service is an advantage
Good understanding of technical contexts and enjoyment of practical problem-solving
Ability to explain technical matters clearly and support customers competently
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong service orientation and professional appearance
Flexibility and enjoyment of varied activities
Good IT skills and confident handling of digital work tools
Driving licence category B, if field service assignments are planned
Very good German language skills
