Customer Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles (a)
At the location in Weiningen ZH we are looking for a technically skilled person who ensures professional handling in the customer service area and supports the entire workshop team.
Your tasks
- Customer care (acceptance of repairs, service) at the counter and by phone
- Preparation of quotations & sale of all workshop services
- Recording and processing of customer orders
- Final inspection and invoicing of workshop orders
- Coordination and execution of vehicle handovers
- Quality assurance and aftercare of customers
- Planning of rental and replacement vehicles as well as damage checks
- Clarification and processing of warranty and goodwill cases
- Processing of insurance cases
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training in the automotive, construction or agricultural machinery sector
- Professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably with commercial vehicles
- Preferably already gained professional experience as a customer service advisor
- Further training in the commercial field
- Customer-oriented personality as well as confident appearance
- Goal-oriented and reliable person who works independently and keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Valid driving licence category B (category C advantageous)
- Fluent German skills, foreign languages (Italian, English) advantageous
