What is my role?

• Active support of customer advisors in customer service as well as in organisational and administrative matters

• Independent handling of daily business

• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments

• Independent customer interaction regarding pending issues, due dates and general correspondence

• Customer service as well as independent processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions

• Participation in various projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed banking training or commercial basic training

• Experience in finance is an advantage

• Committed personality with high initiative

• Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
