You set up and operate CNC and conventional lathes You create CNC programmes for turning operations You manufacture individual parts and small series You take care of the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment (VBI) You monitor compliance with quality standards, participate in the continuous improvement process and consistently ensure work safety

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic (mechanic, machine mechanic)
- You have solid professional experience in CNC turning; experience in conventional turning is an advantage
- You speak fluent German, both spoken and written
- You work precisely and neatly
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and adapt to flexible working hours
