Lead Auditor - Sector Head

Your main responsibilities:

• plan, conduct and supervise the execution of audit and advisory assignments, as well as manage the teams involved in these assignments,
• provide senior bodies with assurance regarding the control of credit, market, operational and strategic/business risks within the framework of audit mission execution and reporting,
• ensure the managerial management of a sector composed of audit managers, operational auditors and data analysts, ensuring their skills development and achievement of their professional objectives,
• contribute to the utilisation and ongoing deployment of Data Analytics and continuous auditing techniques,
• contribute to regulatory, methodological and technological monitoring, as well as to the follow-up of operational projects and major developments within the Group, and assess their impact on the Audit Universe and the multi-year audit plan,
• represent Internal Audit to Business Managers, as well as to the umbrella organisations of the sector.

Your profile:

• university education in finance, accounting and/or economics,
• federal diploma as a chartered accountant or, at minimum, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor),
• at least 10 years’ experience in external and/or internal banking audit,
• excellent knowledge of the banking activities of a universal bank, applicable regulatory requirements, as well as banking applications and IT systems supporting them,
• proven experience in the use of data analytics techniques,
• experience in line management,
• ability to prioritise in a demanding environment,
• analytical and synthetic thinking in a complex and constantly evolving environment,
• rigour, courage, sound judgement and ability to challenge constructively,
• interpersonal ease, excellent oral and written communication skills, perfect command of French.
