Account Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You continuously manage and develop your customer portfolio in the SME segment of the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• You independently accompany your ICT customer projects through all phases - from the initial consultation to the successful contract conclusion

• You analyse your customers' requirements and develop contemporary ICT solutions together with the Sales Engineer

• You control the procurement process in close coordination with Inside Sales and Purchasing

• You ensure that all customer files are kept up to date

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training, preferably supplemented by further training in sales

• Extensive experience in field sales with several years of activity in the ICT environment (system integration/services)

• Solid expertise in the area of enterprise ICT solutions such as Azure, M365 as well as 3-Tier/HCI infrastructures

• High service orientation and enthusiasm for personal exchange with customers

• Confident expression in German (spoken and written), knowledge of English and/or French is a plus
