Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
A specialised Swiss real estate company that supports ownerships in the professional management, rental, valuation and marketing of properties.
Employees are in direct contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen and other partners, gaining a comprehensive insight into the various facets of property management. At the same time, diverse mandates and short decision-making paths offer plenty of room to take responsibility and contribute your own solutions.
Responsibilities:
You take full responsibility for your rental and condominium mandates and shape the collaboration with owners, tenants and external partners personally and solution-oriented.
From technical and administrative management to property accounting, you are responsible for the diverse tasks related to your portfolio.
You independently handle tenant changes, annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements, ensuring correct processing.
For condominium mandates, you organise and lead owners' meetings independently and coordinate the resulting measures.
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience in property management and are used to managing your own portfolio independently.
Independence, organisational talent and a reliable working style are among your strengths.
You enjoy contact with people and present yourself confidently and professionally to owners, tenants and service providers.
You have good IT user skills and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
You have confident German language skills.
