Finance Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Finance Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the reliability, compliance and clarity of financial information by ensuring rigorous and structured management of accounting.
• You will prepare and present to management and department heads a clear, structured and action-oriented monthly report.
• You will ensure effective cash management and monitor financial flows regularly.
• You will oversee payroll management and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and social obligations.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or a HES Bachelor in Accounting / Management; a Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling is an asset, but not a disqualifying criterion. Solid experience can compensate for the absence of a formal title.
• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally as accounting manager, chief accountant or financial manager, with experience in SMEs, preferably in construction, finishing or a technical sector.
• You master Swiss general accounting according to the CO as well as VAT, and have solid experience with payroll software and ERPs. Experience in ERP migration or implementation is an asset.
• You are very comfortable with digital tools and have a good ability to produce structured reporting, including dashboards, indicators and comments. Knowledge of analytical accounting by project / site is also appreciated.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and organised, able to manage priorities without constant supervision. You have excellent communication skills and know how to make financial information clear and accessible to non-financial interlocutors.
• You appreciate operational environments and are comfortable in a senior execution role. Proactive, you are a driving force for proposals and have a real spirit of continuous improvement.
• You demonstrate great discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality, especially in managing financial and salary data.
• You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset.
