Role:
For one of our partners - a dynamic, internationally positioned corporate group - we are looking at Rocken for a assertive personality for the accounting interface. In this key role, you independently manage the general ledgers of several corporate units according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER / HGB, take on the professional leadership of the accounting team and report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
You manage the closing processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) according to OR / Swiss GAAP FER and are responsible for the reporting package to the group headquarters.
You take on the professional leadership of the team (accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit management) and further develop the core processes.
You are responsible for global tax & compliance management (including VAT CH/DE) in collaboration with external consultants.
You lead the audit and inventory processes and drive digitalisation and system migration projects in the SAP environment.
You act as a central sparring partner for management, CFO and international peers on ad-hoc business management issues.
Qualifications:
Advanced qualification in finance (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or business studies degree).
Many years of experience in balance sheet and closing security according to OR / Swiss GAAP FER in a group environment (additional HGB knowledge is an advantage).
Extensive practical experience in professional team leadership, audit processes as well as solid SAP FI user knowledge.
Fluent German and good English skills (French is a great advantage).
