For our client in Neuenhof in the field of outpatient psychiatric care, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF Psychiatry.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for planning, implementation and evaluation of the entire nursing process in the outpatient psychiatric setting
- Work within the key worker system with case management responsibility
- Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as coordination with external specialist agencies and key persons
- Participation in the further development of professional standards and internal guidelines
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry
- At least two years of professional experience in the inpatient or day-patient psychiatric sector
- Advantageous: Authorisation for needs assessment in the field of psychiatry
- Advantageous: SVEB 1 certificate
- Empathetic, resilient and flexible personality
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Strong professional, methodological and social skills
- Confident handling of digital work tools and willingness to work paperless
- Driving licence category B with own vehicle or willingness to undertake assignments by e-bike
