Test Technician (m/f/d)
Overhaul, repair or new delivery – electrical and mechanical drive technology requires the highest precision and technical know-how. Testing of machines and components: You take on the incoming and outgoing inspections for various electrical machines in our test field and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
Measurements and analyses: You carry out mechanical and electrical measurements in our workshop. Special attention is given to the measurement of rolling bearings using an FFT data collector – you develop measurement routines and analyse the collected data.
Technical support: You assist in problem-solving of technical issues and contribute your expertise to develop well-founded solution proposals.
Reporting and documentation: You create detailed reports and documentation of the tests and acceptance measurements performed. You explain the results clearly and understandably.
Customer support: In close cooperation with our customers, you conduct acceptance measurements and explain the measurement data as well as the results of the tests.
Qualifications:
Technical training: You have completed training as an automation technician or in a comparable field, such as HF technician in electrical engineering or energy technology.
Experience in testing electrical machines: You have practical experience handling rotating machines, ideally you have already worked in the test field or as a commissioning engineer.
Knowledge of measurement technology: You are familiar with electrical and mechanical measurements and have experience using measuring devices and analysis tools such as the FFT data collector.
Mobility: A category B/BE driving licence is advantageous to reach on-site assignments when required.
Communication skills: You can explain technical contexts clearly, both internally and to our customers.
