For the Tertianum Residence Brunnehof in Uster, we are looking for an immediate start, 1 November 2026, or by arrangement, for a
Health Specialist EFZ 60% to 80%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
- Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Taking on daily responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
