HVAC Project Manager

In this key role, you take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete execution, with a strong focus on quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction. A true conductor, you coordinate teams and stakeholders, while ensuring rigorous and smooth execution of the sites, within a dynamic and field-oriented environment.

Main responsibilities

• Take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete execution, from preparation to delivery, by analysing technical files, bids and plans to effectively structure the execution phases.
• Participate in project costing by analysing files and contributing to the preparation of technical offers.
• Plan the work and define the necessary resources (teams, equipment, subcontractors), while adapting the organisation according to progress and site constraints.
• Act as the main contact person for clients, notably general contractors and architects, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Set up, organise and lead site meetings to ensure smooth coordination between the various stakeholders.
• Build, supervise and manage site teams by ensuring an effective distribution of tasks and regular follow-up.
• Coordinate the various technical trades and ensure the interface with heating, ventilation and electrical lots.
• Supervise the execution of sanitary, heating and ventilation installations in compliance with plans, technical requirements and company standards.
• Ensure respect of deadlines, quality of execution and control the conformity of installations with current standards.
• Manage unforeseen events, anticipate risks and propose appropriate technical and organisational solutions.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects (site reports, progress tracking, technical documentation) as well as regular reporting to management.
• Organise and supervise tests, adjustments and commissioning of installations, participate in project handovers and ensure the resolution of reservations until project closure.

Your profile

• Holding a Federal VET Diploma in the sanitary or heating field, you have ideally completed your training with a federal certificate or a master’s degree.
• You have proven experience in Switzerland as a sanitary or heating project manager, enabling you to be operational quickly.
• SME environments are familiar to you and you appreciate proximity to the field and teams.
• Structured and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities and advance your projects effectively.
• You demonstrate open-mindedness and are able to adapt to different situations.
• Flexible and committed, you do not hesitate to invest yourself where there is a need.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborative, human-scale environments.
• Comfortable with various interlocutors, you know how to build trusting relationships.
• Curious, energetic and results-oriented, you want to invest yourself in a company project.
• Hardworking and reliable, you are keen to see things through and deliver quality projects.
