Responsibilities:
- You operate, maintain, and further develop our Microsoft environment with Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, and Windows
- In this role, you manage the modern workplace environment with clients, mobile devices, policies, updates, and automated deployments
- As an IT infrastructure administrator for the modern workplace, you actively participate in IT security, infrastructure, and network topics
- You support users at the service desk and handle their requests, disruptions, and orders
- In this role, you implement technical improvements and take responsibility in IT projects up to leadership
- As an IT infrastructure administrator for the modern workplace, you work closely with internal departments and external partners and maintain the relevant documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment, especially with Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra
- Enjoyment of a versatile range of tasks from support through operation to further development of IT solutions
- Strong interest in automation, digitalisation, and modern cloud technologies
- Knowledge of network, client, server, or security topics is advantageous
- Networked thinking, high initiative, solution-oriented working style, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
