- Ensuring stable ICT operations at multiple locations including media technology, hardware and software
- Support, maintenance and further development of central specialist applications in collaboration with external partners
- Competent support for users with technical questions in the hardware and software area
- Analysis of support cases, sustainable problem solving and ongoing optimisation of existing ICT processes
- Participation in the evaluation, procurement and introduction of new ICT solutions
- Creation and maintenance of user and system documentation
- Active participation in ICT projects with direct influence on the digital development of the organisation
- At least two years of professional experience in ICT
- Experience in ICT administration and technical support
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Experience in software and application support
- Interest in specialist applications in the educational environment
- Experience with school administration software is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages
- Structured, independent and service-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills and high social competence
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (at least B1)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operation, administration and support of a modern ICT infrastructure with Windows servers, Windows clients, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD- Ensuring stable ICT operations at multiple locations including media technology, hardware and software
- Support, maintenance and further development of central specialist applications in collaboration with external partners
- Competent support for users with technical questions in the hardware and software area
- Analysis of support cases, sustainable problem solving and ongoing optimisation of existing ICT processes
- Participation in the evaluation, procurement and introduction of new ICT solutions
- Creation and maintenance of user and system documentation

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or ICT specialist EFZ- At least two years of professional experience in ICT
- Experience in ICT administration and technical support
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Experience in software and application support
- Interest in specialist applications in the educational environment
- Experience with school administration software is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages
