Project Manager Ventilation/Air Conditioning 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Project Manager Ventilation/Air Conditioning (m/f/d) who leads complex projects to success with fresh ideas and technical know-how. In this position, you take on the independent planning, coordination, and supervision of demanding ventilation and air conditioning projects. You are the interface between customers, planners, and the execution team, ensuring that all projects are implemented on time, cost-efficiently, and with the highest quality.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or degree in HVAC, building technology, or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems

• Confident handling of common planning software (CAD, BIM)

• Negotiation skills and customer-oriented manner

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Driving licence class B
