About the job
Your Field of Activity
- You support the Energy Services team management in daily business and actively contribute to the further development of processes
- Participation in energy billing as well as meter and contract management is part of your versatile range of tasks
- Responsibility for connection cost contributions and internal billing ensures professional depth
- You handle creditor processes, data preparation and finance-related topics in a structured and reliable manner
- You help shape our new aftersales concept (billing, customer support, communication, etc.)
Your Competence
- Completed commercial training or career changer with several years of relevant experience in a similar role
- You have completed business management further training
- You bring professional experience, ideally in the energy sector or a technical environment
- Interpreting numbers, assessing ratios and applying simple mathematical formulas comes easily to you
- Your analytical and conceptual skills help you optimise processes and solve complex issues
- Very good German skills, knowledge of Office 365 as well as confident handling of IT tools and your basic energy technology knowledge characterise you
