Specialist Agogics Worker in the Work Area
The varied day
- You accompany, support and promote people with cognitive, psychological or physical impairments directly in their daily work.
- You practically implement the development goals of the clients according to our agogics concept.
- You have the warehouse under control: You ensure that everything runs smoothly in logistics (goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse management), that safety regulations are observed, and support the team in implementing the service mandate.
- You plan the packaging orders for internal and external customers and ensure that everything is done punctually and neatly on the production line.
- You pay attention to order, occupational safety and careful handling of materials.
- You take on the administrative and organisational tasks on the PC and document the development of the clients.
Your diverse talents
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ).
- Additional training as a work agogist or social pedagogue.
- You bring experience in supporting people with impairments.
- You are physically resilient and like to pitch in during the working day.
- You hold a valid forklift licence (and/or driving licence category B).
- You are familiar with common PC programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally have experience with warehouse software.
- You speak and write German well and clearly.
- You work precisely, independently and are absolutely reliable.
- You are a team player, enjoy exchanging ideas with others and are keen to make a difference with us.
