We offer you the position of:
Technical Market Advisor at 50% Develier (JU)
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
* Welcoming and advising customers in the Market and by phone
* Selling products and spare parts (including cross- and up-selling) as well as handing over goods to customers
* Receiving and processing requests and orders placed by phone, in writing or electronically according to the desired deadlines
* Receiving and processing returns of goods, complaints and repairs
* Supporting the maintenance of order, good presentation and appropriate stock density in the sales area of the store
* Managing the storage of delivered materials and supporting the organisation of events for customers
* Selling products and spare parts (including cross- and up-selling) as well as handing over goods to customers

You will lead us to success if you:
* Have a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a heating installer or an equivalent Federal VET Diploma in the building sector
* Have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role or solid experience in stock management and logistics
* Have natural interpersonal skills and an innate service orientation
* Have experience using SAP software and are comfortable with office applications
* Are autonomous, well organised, responsible, dynamic and enjoy working in a team
