- Document Solutions: print management concepts and various software solutions
- IT Services: customised IT solutions for SMEs
- Installation and demonstration of our solutions directly at the customer’s site or remotely
- Analysis of customer needs and supportive consulting in the areas of Document and Visual Solutions
- Analysis and implementation of individual customer requirements in IT Services, including Microsoft 365, cloud backup solutions, firewall and other aspects, as well as development of customised solutions.
- Responsibility for the technical support of the demo environment at our locations in Switzerland.
- Active participation or technical project management for tenders in all areas
- Conducting regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Azure AD), as well as network and server environments
- You have very good hardware knowledge in the office environment (PC, network printers, software etc.)
- Your mother tongue is German and you have good English skills; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
- You have a quick grasp, high personal responsibility and enjoy new subject areas
- You are customer-oriented, independent and a trustworthy personality

- Preferably you have several years of experience in IT customer consulting / IT consulting- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Azure AD), as well as network and server environments
