Solexis SA, the Swiss subsidiary of the Ecostal Group, specialises in the distribution of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions. Every day, we support our professional clients in developing projects that contribute to the energy transition.

To strengthen our Purchasing & Supply Chain team, we are looking for a motivated intern eager to develop their skills in an international, dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Your mission:

Integrated into our Purchasing & Supply Chain team and supported daily, you will notably participate in the following activities:

Purchasing and procurement

• Participate in the creation and monitoring of supplier orders.
• Monitor delivery times, carry out follow-ups and contribute to resolving any disputes.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to anticipate needs and optimise procurement.

Supplier management and monitoring

• Contribute to monitoring supplier performance (deadlines, quality, costs).
• Participate in the search for new suppliers and the preparation of negotiations.
• Discover the challenges of supplier relations in an international environment.

Activity analysis and management

• Participate in updating and ensuring the reliability of product data in our ERP.
• Contribute to stock monitoring, needs analysis and procurement planning.
• Participate in the development and improvement of dashboards and performance indicators.

Projects and continuous improvement

• Support cross-functional projects, notably during product launches or optimisation initiatives.
• Propose improvements to simplify and secure processes and monitoring tools.

Your profile:

• You are pursuing higher education (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent) in management, purchasing, logistics or Supply Chain.
• A technical background (apprenticeship certificate or equivalent), combined with an interest in purchasing and procurement, may also suit the position.
• You are comfortable with Excel or other software and have an interest in data analysis, modelling and process optimisation.
• You are fluent in French and have a very good professional level of English (minimum B2).
• You are organised, rigorous, curious and enjoy teamwork.
• You have an interest in technical products and renewable energies.
