Performance Specialist: Medication Management, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You independently handle medication cases outside the specialty list and performance cases in all areas of social health insurance.
- You communicate with service providers and insured persons in writing and by phone.
- You conduct negotiations with service providers and manufacturers.
- Retrospective recoveries complete your range of tasks.
- Additionally, you participate in projects within the Performance Audit team.
What you bring
- You have completed basic training in the medical or commercial field.
- You have already gained professional experience in claims processing within social health insurance and possess in-depth expertise in the performance area (preferably Art. 71a-d KVV). This is a mandatory requirement.
- As a assertive person, you are able to communicate individually both orally and in writing. Your working style is precise and efficient.
- If you also have good French skills, this is an advantage.
