With you, we want to advise our customers in an even more targeted and comprehensive way and develop sustainable added value and new contracts from existing relationships. In this role, you actively advise, systematically identify potentials in the portfolio and contribute measurably to the success of our (general) agency through cross-selling and quality coverage upgrades.

Your activity

• You work in the internal sales service in our Fribourg agency

• You are the first point of contact on the phone and at reception and respond competently to our customers

• You conduct telephone and personal advisory interviews and specifically identify advisory and contract conclusion opportunities in the portfolio

• You prepare tailor-made offers, adjust insurance coverages according to needs and update customer data

• You actively strengthen and develop existing customer relationships, identify cross- and upselling opportunities and win new customers thanks to your open attitude

• You respond to written customer enquiries independently, efficiently and with quality, in accordance with Visana's guidelines

Your profile

• You have commercial training and experience in customer contact or sales.

• You enjoy advising customers in a comprehensive, solution-oriented and reliable manner.

• Ideally, you have an AFA certification.

• You communicate clearly, kindly and convincingly, also in demanding interview situations.

• Your French skills are very good; any additional language is an asset.

• You work in a structured, reliable and results-oriented way and are proficient in common Office programmes.

• You are a native French speaker and have excellent knowledge of German.
