For our client, a renowned health company on Lake Zurich with an upscale à la carte restaurant operation, we are looking for a committed kitchen personality. The company employs an internationally composed, interprofessional team and has been repeatedly recognised for its commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.

 

Your tasks as Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

• Independent management and organisation of a kitchen station in the à la carte area
• Mainly deployed in the fine dining restaurant operation
• Co-creation of new dishes and recipes in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Guidance and promotion of apprentices as well as support of kitchen staff
• Consistent implementation of applicable hygiene and quality standards
• Planning and ordering of fresh raw materials
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evening and weekend shifts
  
   

Your profile

• Completed chef training (EFZ or equivalent qualification)
• Professional experience as Chef de Partie in fine dining
• Joy and motivation in training young talent
• Good German language skills spoken and written
