Are you interested in gastronomy with all its facets? With us, you will learn the entire range of catering (staff and patient catering, catering services and banquets). We offer you regular working hours (without room duty) with few evening and weekend shifts.

These are your tasks

• You will gain insight into all areas of the kitchen: cold kitchen, hot kitchen and patisserie
• You will process raw and semi-finished products
• You will apply various cooking methods
• You will decorate and present dishes of all kinds
• You will assist with the food distribution for patients as well as staff and guests in our self-service restaurant
• You will support us at banquets

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognised specialist clinic for spinal cord, spinal and ventilation medicine.
