Polymechanic CNC CAM Milling 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Process production orders on state-of-the-art 4-axis machining centres according to planning specifications

• Develop CAM programmes using the programming software SolidCAM

• Carry out precise self and first-piece inspections for quality assurance

• Continuously monitor target times and proactively report deviations

• Adhere to occupational safety and cleanliness standards in the work area

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and contribute ideas

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ as well as several years of experience in multi-axis milling

• Understanding of automation systems, e.g. Makino MAS-A5 or Makino B2 is an advantage

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Experience in CAM programming (SolidCAM) as well as practical experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks) is an advantage

• Team spirit, creativity and flexibility as well as cost awareness, high motivation and willingness to learn
