Team Leader Bodywork Panel Beating 100% (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Carrying out comprehensive bodywork panel beating tasks on commercial vehicles at the highest quality level
- Performing glass repairs
- Repairing, dent removal and straightening work on all bodywork and accident damage
- Dismantling, repairing and assembling body parts and additional equipment
- Replacing and fitting prefabricated parts and accessories
- Co-responsible for meeting deadlines and timely delivery of vehicles
- Responsibility for the professional guidance and coordination of a small team
- Ensuring an efficient workflow in the bodywork panel beating department
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a bodywork panel beater EFZ
- Several years of professional experience
- Team spirit, commitment and initiative
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- High customer and service orientation
