Technician / Diagnostician for Control & Drive Technology (m/f/d)

This will be your job

• Systematic fault diagnosis and solution finding for complex control and drive systems (1st & 2nd level support)
• Technical support for worldwide service technicians in challenging cases, both remotely and on-site when required
• Planning and conducting practical, technical training sessions for customers and colleagues
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and service manuals in the knowledge database

What you bring with you

• Completed technical vocational training as an automotive diagnostician, automation technician, electromechanic, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of practical experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechatronic systems, ideally in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or a related industry
• Very good Italian and English skills; German skills are an advantage
• A pronounced analytical mindset and enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting
• A communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact and knowledge transfer
