Service Technician (m/f/d)

For our client, an innovative company in the field of security and access technology, we are looking for a technically skilled and independent personality as a Service Technician Security Systems (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will accompany demanding projects from installation to commissioning of modern security solutions. In addition, you will ensure the reliable operation of the systems with your technical know-how and act as a competent contact person for customers.

Your Tasks

• Installation, commissioning and configuration of modern security and access systems
• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on technical systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting as well as carrying out repairs
• Programming and parameterisation of control and software systems
• Support in the implementation of technical projects in cooperation with internal departments
• Technical advice and instruction of customers on site
• Documentation of performed service and maintenance work
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile

• Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in service, installation or maintenance of technical systems
• Knowledge in electrical engineering, control or low-voltage technology is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
