In this versatile role, you combine business analysis, SAP application responsibility and process development, and together with specialist departments, IT and external partners, you create sustainable solutions with real added value.
Your tasks
- You analyse, model and optimise SAP-supported business processes together with specialist departments, IT and external partners
- You gather, structure and prioritise requirements for SAP solutions and translate them into actionable business and IT concepts
- You take on system or module responsibility for defined SAP applications including operation, support, error analysis and continuous development
- You coordinate SAP changes, releases, tests and approvals and ensure a high level of solution and service quality
- You actively participate in SAP, digitalisation and transformation projects and accompany solutions from idea to implementation
- You ensure knowledge transfer between specialist departments, IT and service providers and moderate workshops in the SAP context
- You support key users as well as users in tests, training, process adjustments and the introduction of new SAP functions
- You create SAP documentation, process descriptions, operating concepts and decision-making bases for sustainable knowledge preservation
Your profile
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You bring proven experience as a Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, SAP Application Manager or in a comparable role
- You have sound knowledge in the SAP environment; ideally module, customising or process knowledge in one or more SAP areas
- You have a good understanding of SAP processes, interfaces, authorisations, test management and operations
- You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and enjoy translating business requirements into viable SAP solutions
- You convince with your communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders, key users and external service providers
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. Experience in healthcare or complex organisations is a plus
