Your tasks

• Proactive customer contact
• Professional advice
• Ensuring a well-maintained store appearance
• Responsibility for achieving commercial goals
• Leading subordinate employees including motivation/coaching, staff administration, and deployment planning
• Monitoring and increasing store performance
• Responsibility for stock management and merchandise control including conducting inventories
• Ambassador of our brand

What you bring

• Passion for fashion and people
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and team-oriented personality
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in a similar role
• Experience with KPI metrics
• Sales experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
