It is currently seeking a Quality Specialist to lead quality-related activities and support teams in a continuous improvement approach.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You manage the monitoring and compliance with internal quality requirements as well as applicable standards and regulations
- You contribute to monitoring quality indicators and participate in performance analysis
- You take part in managing controls, audits, and internal or external evaluations
- You participate in managing non-conformities and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
- You support continuous improvement initiatives within teams and processes
- You collaborate with various company functions to ensure consistency of quality practices
- You participate in the dissemination and compliance with best practices regarding quality and safety
You offer your new employer
- You have higher education in a field related to quality or food sciences
- You have experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a quality-related role
- You understand quality management systems as well as associated regulatory requirements
- You are comfortable with documentation, procedures, and quality monitoring tools
- You know how to collaborate with different stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a team
- You demonstrate rigour, good analytical skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
- You are proficient in French, and any other language is an asset depending on the work environment
