What is my role?

• Responsibility for creating detailed technical planning documents in the field of building automation

• Preparation of tender documents as well as professional review and evaluation of incoming offers

• Coordination and management of project implementation in direct consultation with involved specialist planners and executing companies

• Monitoring compliance with defined technical specifications, functional requirements, and agreed quality standards

• Participation in the future-oriented development of professional focal points, especially in areas such as digitalisation, smart building technologies, or energy-efficient building solutions

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training in building technology, ideally with a focus on HVACSE or building automation

• Further training in building or electrical engineering already completed or willingness to complete this alongside work

• Enthusiasm for intelligent building technologies and sustainable, future-oriented solutions

• Independent and methodical approach to tasks and projects

• Strong team skills as well as confident and clear communication with various project participants

• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
