Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You place orders based on demand and current stock data.
You coordinate delivery dates and transports with external partners.
You monitor the development of inventory levels using defined key figures.
You check supplier invoices and prepare them for approval.
You clarify deviations and complaints directly with the responsible contacts.
You keep administrative documents and relevant data up to date on an ongoing basis.
You compile the necessary information for supplier evaluation.
You coordinate ongoing processes with logistics, purchasing, and other departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
Three to five years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement.
Confident use of common IT applications and MS Office.
Independent and reliable working style with good prioritisation skills.
Structured approach and strong solution orientation.
Flexibility and careful handling of administrative tasks.
Very good knowledge of German, French, and English.
