Network Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role as a network infrastructure administrator, you design and implement secure and stable network and security solutions for demanding environments and modern cloud services. You are responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of the entire network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. As a member of an engineering environment, you work closely with colleagues to solve complex technical challenges in a structured and efficient manner. Furthermore, you contribute across departments to various IT topics, implement your own ideas, and thus support the future-oriented development of the overall environment. Responsibilities:
- You plan, implement, and operate complex network infrastructures (LAN/WLAN, WAN, site networking, firewall, ZTNA).
- In this role, you lead demanding IT projects and actively participate in their implementation.
- You continuously develop the existing network architecture.
- As a network infrastructure administrator, you provide technical advice to customers and support pre-sales.
- You take on third-level support for complex fault analyses.
- In this role, you actively shape adjacent IT areas such as cloud, security, and system engineering.
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in network technology at senior level
- Enjoy working in a team and developing modern network technologies
- Independent, structured working style as well as high initiative
- Strong customer-oriented and responsible behaviour
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Valid driving licence
