HR Bench is looking for someone wishing to join the company’s management, become a shareholder and take an active part in its development and future.

Your role

• Manage complex and large-scale HR mandates
• Analyse, structure and model HR and salary data
• Advise management on their HR policies and transformations
• Present and defend analyses and recommendations to general management and public authorities
• Lead sessions and working groups
• Maintain quality relationships with clients and identify the evolution of their needs
• Participate directly in the management and strategic decisions of the company and take a decisive role in its development

Your profile

The position is aimed at a person who, beyond their HR and organisational skills, has great ease with numbers, data and IT tools for processing and analysis.

• Higher education at university or university of applied sciences level in HR, management, economics, organisation or in an analytical or quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in a senior HR management role or in roles with a strong advisory and analytical component, in a company, within a public or semi-public organisation, or in a consulting firm
• Experience managing complex projects involving decision-making level interlocutors
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills
• Advanced mastery of Excel and good understanding of data processing, analysis, visualisation and modelling tools, with the ability to analyse and exploit the results
• Excellent ease in public speaking, presentation and argumentation with decision-makers
• Autonomy, rigour, listening skills and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be directly involved in the management, capital and development of the company
