Are you our new team member who will support us as Responsible for Building and Seminar Technology from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday in a 100% role, usually from 07:00 to 16:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00.
Our task menu
- Active assistance in preparing seminar rooms with tables and chairs
- Accompanying external partners and checking the completed orders
- Purchasing technical materials
- Working in the coordination office BHG City West
- Advising the General Manager on CAPEX and investment matters
- Supervising construction work and renovations
- Ongoing maintenance work in the hotels, such as filter systems etc.
- Carrying out repairs in hotel rooms
- Accompanying seminar customers with seminar technology
- Sprinkler maintenance
Your recipe for success
- Basic vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Driving licence and own vehicle desired (free parking available)
- Technical understanding of building, media and event technology
- Experience in setting up and dismantling as well as in the support of seminar technology
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Service-oriented manner and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Flexibility regarding working hours (e.g. for evening or weekend seminars)
