Responsibilities:
Design and implement IT projects from the initial idea to execution.
Plan project workflows, involve internal stakeholders, and take on the coordination of external service providers.
Monitor technological developments, introduce new approaches, and evaluate solutions within the team and accompany their rollout.
Ensure that requirements are implemented purposefully, efficiently, and on time.
Actively participate in daily IT operations and ensure stable, secure system landscapes.
Take on 1st and 2nd level support, acting solution-oriented and user-friendly.
Contribute technical know-how in system assessments, error analyses, and operational issues.
Support project management in the technical implementation of ongoing IT projects.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ) or equivalent further education in the IT field.
Experience in conducting IT projects as well as in integrating digitalisation or IT solutions.
Broad all-round knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially M365 and SharePoint.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) is an advantage.
Independent, structured, and coordination-strong working style.
Clear communication, solution-oriented approach, and strong assertiveness.
Team orientation, combined with a sense of responsibility and openness to new technologies.
